We had michelle come out and give us a quote on our home that we were putting on the market. She came out, did all the measurements, and gave us the quote, that same day we received an offer on our home. Since we had an offer, we told her we wouldn't need her services after all. 

 Of course, the offer fell through, and we then desperately needed her services.
