My Story
For more than 23 years, Michelle Lazur has been helping Arizona homeowners, Realtors, investors, builders, and developers prepare properties to stand out in today's competitive real estate market. Whether it's a vacant home, occupied property, luxury listing, investment property, or model home, her goal is always the same—to create spaces that capture buyers' attention, generate stronger online engagement, and help homes sell faster and for the highest possible value.

What makes Staging Arizona different is Michelle's unique combination of real estate experience, professional home staging expertise, and formal interior design education. After beginning her career as a Realtor more than 26 years ago, she discovered firsthand how dramatically strategic staging could impact a home's marketability. She originally staged her own listings, but as other agents began requesting her expertise, Staging Arizona was born in 2004.

Unlike many staging companies that simply furnish a home, Michelle approaches every project with a buyer-focused strategy. Every furniture layout, accessory, artwork selection, and design decision is carefully chosen to appeal to the home's target buyer while highlighting the property's strongest features. She continually researches current design trends to ensure every home feels fresh, modern, and market-ready.

Michelle earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, graduating Cum Laude with Honors. She also holds multiple professional home staging designations, served as the 2023–2024 RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Phoenix Chapter President, and is a proud Allied Member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).

When she's not transforming homes, Michelle enjoys renovating her own home with her husband, spending time with their Labrador rescue dogs, supporting local animal shelters through fundraising and volunteer work, and dreaming of visiting as many beautiful beach destinations as possible with her family.
