accessory/furniture rental:
*decor/Accessories & Furniture are available for lease for occupied homes. A separate quote will be provided which will include rental fees, security deposit as well as delivery/pick up fees. (2 month min. required) not available for homes with pets or smoking.
if you are not interested in renting we can also shop for décor for your new home and use those items instead for the staging process. ask us for more details about our shopping service.
pre-listing consultation
We tour the home with you while taking notes and photos (up to 60 minutes). we then prepare a report that details everything needed to prepare your property to sell quickly and for top dollar! *Report takes approx. 48-72 hours for delivery.
